About us
Fordhouses Medical Centre is part of Wolverhampton Total Health Primary Care Network, which comprises the following practices: Duncan Street Primary Care Centre, East Park Medical Practice, Fordhouses Medical Centre, Newbridge Surgery, Tudor Medical Group and Whitmore Reans Health Practice.
The aims of the Primary Care Network are to try to maintain the individual GP practices that you know whilst working together as an extended team to share some of the specialist skills that only some practices currently have, and to offer new services. We hope to increase the quality of the care that you receive in this way and create more patient centred care closer to home.
From time-to-time patient surveys are undertaken to ascertain patient opinion on new services to inform the practice for future decision making and to ascertain the effectiveness of new services.
